Firpark Dairy Services supplies a wide range of dairy equipment, parts, and farm supplies. We also offer installation and maintenance services. Additional terms may apply for bespoke or contract services and will be provided where relevant.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the applicable Irish rate.
A full tax breakdown will be shown at checkout and on your invoice.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Payment is required in full before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected misuse.

5. Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment.

• Standard delivery within Ireland takes approximately 3–5 working days.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on product size and weight, and will be displayed at checkout.

• Oversized or bulky items may incur additional delivery charges, which will be clearly outlined before payment.

• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control — but we’ll do our best to keep you informed.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns

• You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.

• To request a return, email info@firparkds.ie with your order number and reason.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Do not use damaged electrical goods – these are considered accepted once powered on.

• We may request photos or inspection before approving a refund or replacement.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or dispatch error.

• Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account.
